Discounts for Re-Usable Bags

CVS has a Green Bag Tag you purchase for $.99. Each time you shop, bring your re-usable bag and have the tag scanned. After four trips you will earn $1 in ECBs.

November 1st Target will roll out it's re-usable shopping back discount of $.05 per bag.

This should keep billions of bags out of the landfills, if we could only remember to bring them with us! I think once we are in the habit it won't be a big deal.
