Free 100 Gallons Heating Oil for Those in Need

You may be eligible for 100 gallons of heating oil free if you qualify. I don't know what the income guidelines are, but I have seen a certificate and the free oil is no strings attached.

The following states participate: Alaska, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New York, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusettes, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and DC.
