Here are a couple of deals (may or may not be the best) I found at Giant before I realized I'm not thrilled with this weeks flyer. The items I need are just not on sale. Like Kraft and Nabisco. I have coupons from July papers, September All You and Giant Catalina but no sale!

Thomas' English Muffins 2/$6 These are on sale buy one get one more often than not. A few weeks ago, CVS had 12 packs for $1.99.
